We’re looking for a SAP CRM Consultant who is motivated, skilled, and eager to contribute to meaningful projects.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide L2 production support for SAP CRM incidents, service requests, and problem tickets.Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve issues within agreed SLAs.Perform root cause analysis and implement permanent fixes.Support enhancements, minor developments, and change requests.Work closely with business users to gather requirements and provide functional solutions.Coordinate with cross-functional teams (e.g., SD, MM, FI, ABAP) for integrated process issues.Monitor interfaces, middleware (e.g., CRM–ECC integration), and data consistency.Support system upgrades, patches, and regression testing activities.Maintain documentation, knowledge articles, and support procedures.QualificationsBachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent combination of education and experienceTypically, 3-5 years of relevant work experience in industry.Proven experience in SAP CRMA continuous learner that stays abreast with industry knowledge and technology3-5 years of experience in SAP CRM support/AMS projects.Strong knowledge of SAP CRM modules such as Sales, Service, etc.Experience in CRM Web UI configuration and troubleshooting.Understanding of middleware concepts (BDoc monitoring, queues, replication issues).Basic debugging knowledge (ABAP) preferred.Familiarity with ITIL processes and ticketing tools (e.g., ServiceNow).Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.Ability to work in rotational shifts/on-call support environments.What We OfferCompetitive compensation and benefitsProfessional growth opportunitiesA collaborative and inclusive workplaceIf this sounds like you, apply here [application link] and take the next step in your DXC journey.Know someone perfect for this role?
