
Source to Pay Intern (Automation and Digitalization)

- Assist in the implementation of Automation & Digitalization strategies and upskilling initiatives of Source-to-Pay, including gathering learning materials on Power BI, Power platform, and other relevant digital solutions
- Develop training manuals and instructional materials to support automation initiatives; Organize and facilitate trainings, live demos, ideation sessions, and consultation sessions
- Extract data and information from various sources to support ongoing digitalization project objectives
- Monitor progress of automation/digitalization projects and provide assistance to ensure continuous improvement
- Support the Source-to-Pay Continuous Improvement Working Group by identifying improvement opportunities and aiding in their implementation
- Lead meetings by preparing presentations, leading discussions, and documenting meeting minutes
- Must be an Undergraduate Student currently enrolled in a college/university studying Industrial Engineering, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Information Technology, Computer Science, or Operations Management
- Knowledge in MS Office software is required; Skills in SAP and MS Excel Macros and Power BI is highly preferred
- Experience in Project Management, Presentation, and Research is needed
- Must have strong problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude towards process improvement, analytical mindset with a keen eye for detail
- Proficient in both oral and written English communication skills
- Must be able to provide a signed Memorandum of Agreement, Endorsement Letter, and Medical Certificate from the college or university
- Amenable to work on a hybrid set up (work from home and onsite in Ayala Avenue, Makati) and report for at least three hundred (300) on-the-job training hours
