POSITION TITLE: Travel & Expense Analyst – Shared ServicesREPORTING TO: Travel & Expense Lead, Finance Hub Manager, Finance HubLOCATION: Cebu, Philippines POSITION SUMMARY: Working with an emerging shared services organization, the Travel & Expense Analyst is responsible for supporting Dover’s travel and expense processes. Working independently, this role is responsible for auditing travel & expense reports and generating the necessary T&E reports that will be used by Dover stakeholders globally. This position reports to the Travel & Expense Lead based in Cebu, Philippines.Essential Responsibilities
  • Audit travel and expense claims to be in compliance with corporate policies and procedures.
  • Run and review operational travel and expense reporting for month-end and on-demand; circulate T&E reporting to necessary stakeholders.
  • Assist with the development of travel and other business expense procedures.
  • Address other ad hoc travel & expense requests and participate in special projects.
  • Assist in managing the ServiceNow ticketing system and ensure resolution within SLA.
  • Support continuous improvement of the travel & expense processes Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Management or related field preferred
  • Minimum 2 years of professional experience with background to travel and expense processing
  • Experience with a major ERP system (i.e. SAP, Oracle, Concur, etc.) managing data in large ERP systems, Concur preferred.
  • Proficiency using Microsoft Excel (Ex: Pivot tables, VLOOKUP, Charts and Graphs etc.).
  • Excellent analytical and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Demonstrated proficiency managing data in Microsoft Office (SharePoint)
  • Strong communication skills Preferred Qualifications
  • Ability to prioritize and multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
  • Self-directed, positive, and ethical role model able to work with minimal supervision.
  • Ability to be an effective team member and display initiative.
  • Ability to maintain a professional demeanor at all times with suppliers, internal customers, and coworkers; fully observe Dover’s Code of Ethical Conduct, Employee Handbook “Personal Conduct of Employees” policies and ISO Quality System Standards.
