This role is ideal for someone who loves fast-paced design work, enjoys turning ideas into visuals quickly, and is excited about using AI-powered tools to speed up creative output. You'll focus on creating on-brand visuals that help Sales move faster - from product concepts and catalogs to proposal visuals and marketing materials. This is an execution-first role. There is no people management or external client communication at the start. As the function grows, there is a clear opportunity to evolve into a more senior or lead role.What You'll Do:Act as an internal design and branding partner for the Sales teamCreate visual assets to support proposals, offers, presentations, and campaignsDesign catalogs, product visuals, and marketing materials aligned with brand guidelinesDevelop product and concept visuals strictly following CI and CD standardsUse AI-based image generation tools to rapidly create and refine visual conceptsProduce multiple design variants quickly to support decision-makingMaintain organized libraries of design assets, templates, and brand resourcesCollaborate closely with Sales through fast feedback loops and iterationsWhat We're Looking For:Degree or diploma in Graphic Design or a related fieldAt least 3 years of hands-on graphic design experienceExperience creating branding, marketing, or sales-support visualsApparel, product visualization, or branded merchandise experience is a plusStrong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite or AffinityHigh confidence using AI-powered image and visual creation tools Sora, Gemini, NanobananaExcellent sense of modern design, layout, and visual storytellingAbility to work fast without sacrificing qualityComfortable managing multiple requests and tight timelinesExecution-focused and comfortable working independentlyDetail-oriented, organized, and proactiveOpen to experimentation and continuous improvementInterested in growing into a senior or lead role over timeA role with real impact on sales and business outcomesExposure to AI-driven design workflowsA lean environment where your work is visible and valuedClear growth potential as the function and demand expand.
