Rua Seguridad is looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales and Marketing Manager with a strong background in the construction or FMCG industry, and solid experience in digital marketing and sales strategy. Set and monitor sales targets per branch, ensuring consistent growth across regions Set revenue targets for each channel and category, developing strategic plans to achieve them Implement strategies to maximize gross profit per channel and category Expand the customer base by integrating new products into existing channels and categories Oversee provincial warehouse utilization and manage Sales Specialists nationwide Drive and optimize inbound marketing efforts to convert leads into revenue Track and analyze inbound sales performance and customer acquisition through online platforms Plan, execute, and manage digital marketing strategies, including SEO, social media, and online advertising campaigns Oversee website performance, content strategy, and digital brand presence Lead and mentor the sales and marketing team to enhance skills, performance, and accountability Use data analytics to evaluate campaign effectiveness, sales trends, and customer behavior, applying insights to strategy Continuously monitor marketing and sales KPIs, with special focus on digital metrics and branch performance Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field Proven experience in digital marketing strategy and management, with measurable impact on sales Strong track record in inbound marketing and online sales platforms Previous experience as a Sales Manager or similar role, preferably in the construction materials or FMCG industry Strong leadership skills with the ability to build, lead, and motivate high-performing teams Excellent interpersonal and people management skills Willing to conduct site visits nationwide Open to working in West Avenue, Quezon City
