Position: Territory Manager - Tires Areas: Region 2, NCR, Region IV-A, Region VI, Region 12 PPC Asia Corporation is looking for a highly motivated Territory Manager who will take charge of driving sales growth, building strong client relationships, and leading a dynamic sales team in the tire segment. ???? Key Responsibilities Promote, sell, and grow PPC's tire products in assigned areas. Develop custom-fit sales programs for accounts to ensure sustainable growth. Manage and mentor Sales Advisors to improve performance and hit targets. Build new leads and assign opportunities to team members. Maintain strong relationships with clients, accounts, and fellow managers. Ensure timely, accurate reports and compliance with KPIs/KRAs. ???? Qualifications Degree in Business or Engineering (Industrial, Mechanical, Chemical preferred). 2-3 years' experience in sales, business development, and relationship management (tires segment preferred). Strong track record in dealer development, account management, and market expansion. Solid financial acumen (pricing, credit, margin analysis). Proficiency in business tools and reporting. ???? Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) Achieve 100% of monthly team sales targets. Maintain 95% customer satisfaction rating and 85% team satisfaction rating. Build a pipeline of 20 new leads monthly (10 dealers, 10 institutional accounts). Acquire 2-3 new accounts per month while maintaining existing accounts.
