- Develop marketing materials, case studies, project sheets, and capability statements.
- Coordinate the creation of proposal content, bid graphics, and submission templates.
- Maintain and update the companys website and social media platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, etc.).
- Support internal communication efforts such as newsletters, staff updates, and milestone announcements.
- Assist with planning and execution of industry events, exhibitions, and client functions.
- Collate project photos, testimonials, and performance data for marketing purposes.
- Maintain and enhance the project portfolio database and media library.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities, contributing insights to strategy.
- Liaise with external vendors for printing, graphic design, and media.
- Support communication with clients and stakeholders regarding awards, milestones, and project launches.
- Coordinate branding for joint ventures, subcontractor communications, and client co-branded content.
- Ensure all public-facing content aligns with the companys branding, tone, and values.
- Write and edit marketing content for various platforms (website, LinkedIn, brochures).
- Ensure consistency in tone, message, and visual identity across all touchpoints.
- Assist with writing award submissions, grant applications, and industry recognition entries.
- Ensure use of current logo, templates, and brand guidelines across the business.
- Support onboarding of staff with marketing resources (email signatures, templates, etc.).
- Track and report on key metrics (web traffic, post engagement, campaign performance).
- Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
- Training in digital media, content creation, or design software (desirable).
- 2-4 years experience in a marketing or communications role (construction/engineering preferred).
- Demonstrated ability to manage social media, write content, and support brand strategy.
- Experience coordinating proposals or working in a bid team (desirable).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to simplify technical information for non-technical audiences.
- Excellent organisational and multitasking skills.
- Ability to manage deadlines for marketing, proposals, and internal campaigns.
- Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
- Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop) desirable.
- Experience with LinkedIn, Mailchimp, WordPress or similar platforms desirable.
- Creative approach to engaging stakeholders and promoting projects.
- Ability to adapt messaging and format for different audiences and platforms.
