Job description We're looking for a dynamic Account Manager who can build strong relationships with clients and help grow our business. If you have a background in sales and event organizing, this role is perfect for you. Key Responsibilities: Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients Handle client requests and ensure timely delivery of products and services Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell Understand client needs and communicate them clearly to the team Track account performance and client satisfaction Coordinate with internal teams to meet client goals Manage multiple client accounts and meet deadlines Keep accurate records of client interactions Help organize and manage client events, ensuring smooth execution Work with the sales team to attract new clients Qualifications: Experience as an Account Manager or in a similar client-facing role Strong communication and presentation skills Ability to manage multiple projects with attention to detail Proven success in meeting client needs and growing accounts Experience in planning and organizing events Excellent negotiation and problem-solving skills Show more Show less
