About the roleThis is a full-time Business Analyst role at Ubiquity, an innovative technology company based in Eastwood, Quezon City Metro Manila. As a Business Analyst, you will play a crucial part in analysing business requirements, defining solutions, and supporting the delivery of successful IT projects that enable Ubiquity to achieve its strategic goals.What you'll be doingGather, analyse and document business requirements from stakeholdersTranslate business requirements into detailed functional specificationsCollaborate with cross-functional teams including IT, development, and operations to ensure successful delivery of IT solutionsIdentify and resolve process inefficiencies by proposing and implementing improvementsFacilitate workshops and meetings to collaborate with stakeholdersCreate and maintain project documentation, including user stories, process flows, and test plansProvide support during user acceptance testing and implementationWhat we're looking forMinimum of 3 years' experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in the information and communication technology industryStrong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to think criticallyExcellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively liaise with technical and non-technical stakeholdersExperience in business process mapping, requirements gathering, and documentationFamiliarity with Agile methodologies and project management toolsDegree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related fieldWhat we offerAt Ubiquity, we are committed to providing a supportive and rewarding work environment for our employees.
