- Manage and expand dealer and distributor networks
- Achieve monthly and annual sales quotas
- Conduct on-site demos, price negotiations, and customer training
- Provide accurate sales reports, forecasts, and pipeline updates to HQ
- Support dealers with after-sales service and product support
- Identify new market opportunities and competitive threats
- Lead and mentor a small sales team (4 members)
- BS in Agriculture (Master’s and relevant training preferred)
- 2–5 years’ experience in agri equipment or farm machinery sales
- Experience working directly with farmers and agri retailers
- Strong regional network in assigned area
- Fluency in the relevant local dialect (Bisaya for Mindanao role)
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel extensively
