Build your career with a trusted industry leader.Job SummaryThe Collections Agency Management Officer is responsible for helping in effective management through liquidation of written-off portfolio:Designing and implementing effective collection strategies and other enhancement techniques to ensure achievement of collection goalsManaging business relationship and coordinating with Third Party Service Provider handling written-off accounts to ensure adequacy of business operations support, achievement of targets in accordance with established SLAs, guidelines, regulatory rules and standardsKey ResponsibilitiesMonitors and evaluates the organizational effectives of an agency, its operations, programs, performance, processes and/or practices for quality and effectiveness and make recommendations for improvementFacilitates waivers, reversals, special request of clientsReviews/prepares agency billings for check preparationConducts call-outs and field visitations to assigned collection agenciesMonitors written-off accounts due for endorsement to assigned collection agenciesQualificationsBachelor's degree in businessAt least 3 years supervisory experience in collections gained from a bank or other financial institutionWilling to work onsite in OrtigasBDO Unibank, Inc. provides equal opportunity to all qualified candidates.
