- Establish sales target budget by projecting sales volume and quotas in the assigned territories.
- Constant review on sales budget and to take strategic actions to address gaps between budget and actual sales outcome. - Such actions include cold calling, site visits, in person/on-line meetings.
- Achieve or exceed annual set targets (both financial and non-financial)
- Must be able to leverage on market intelligence tools to equip oneself with company's current market, customers, competition, problems, growth potential, etc.
- Follow company policy for Delegation of Authority in relation to signing agreements and client commitments,
- Carry out various marketing strategies to promote Industrial products
- Project management on closed sales; directly with customers or Distributors.
- Preparation of purchase order to factory, Kick off & subsequent project meetings with end-users, Documents submission to relevant parties concerned , Liaise with factory and end-users on product specifications
- Conducts training to Distributors on: Products and applications, Sales presentation skills and Sales Management Software Systems
- Ensure that Distributors are conversant in our Sales Management Systems in order to monitor: Sales quotations and lost sales , Closed orders and project management monitoring , Customers' listing , EPCs listing and Proper file management on all sales transactions (e.g. sales contracts, technical drawings, minutes of meetings, special agreements, etc.)
- Must have at least 3-5 years of relevant sales experience.
- Proven experience in cement, power, oil and gas, and construction industries is highly advantageous.
- Knowledgeable in understanding and reading AutoCAD drawings is required.
- Project management experience is highly advantageous but not required.
- With technical aptitude and the ability to quickly learn and understand software applications.
- Detail-oriented, adaptable and resilient.
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Candidates must possess a valid driver’s license and have access to a reliable vehicle for transportation to and work from sites.
- Must have a Philippine passport.
- Willing to travel for training and to particate in trade exhibition in China, Singapore, Malaysia, Sweden and other countries in Europe.
