Collaborate with internal teams (sales, marketing, product) to deliver optimal results for the client.
Negotiate contracts and renewals, ensuring both company and client satisfaction.
Analyze client data and performance to recommend improvements or optimizations.
Prepare and present regular reports to clients regarding performance, milestones, and new opportunities.
