- Act as the main point of contact for assigned clients.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships.
- Understand client needs and objectives, and ensure the companys products or services are aligned to those needs.
- Oversee the project lifecycle, including strategy, execution, and follow-up.
- Monitor client accounts and ensure consistent, quality service delivery.
- Resolve client issues or concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Collaborate with internal teams (sales, marketing, product) to deliver optimal results for the client.
- Negotiate contracts and renewals, ensuring both company and client satisfaction.
- Analyze client data and performance to recommend improvements or optimizations.
- Prepare and present regular reports to clients regarding performance, milestones, and new opportunities.
- Manage client budgets and ensure the delivery of services within the allocated budge
