We are looking for a Commercial Strategy and Performance Analyst to join our growing business! Responsibilities Manage restaurant master data, making sure that all entries are correct and up-to-date Create and oversee processes that monitor accuracy of records on Salesforce and other Commercial databases Coordinate with various stakeholders both within and outside the Commercial Department (Account Management, Sales, Growth and Marketing, and Finance) to introduce new, and standardize existing processes Work closely with various teams within the Commercial Department to track, monitor, and influence performance indicators of the business through the creation of insightful reports that drive data-driven decisions and Evaluate strategies and scale up adoption of marketing solutions, and campaigns and promotions aimed at driving customer acquisition and retention, and restaurant growth. Requirements A Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Statistics or any other similar quantitative field 1 - 2 years of experience in data reporting, analysis, and insighting open to fresh graduate Ability to work with large datasets, proficiency in using basic data analysis tools such as Google Sheets and MS Excel Knowledge of SQL, and experience working with business intelligence tools like Google Data Studio, Tableau, and Power BI are a plus Experience working with Salesforce or other similar CRM tool is a plus Structured problem solving ability with excellent analytical and organizational skills Good communication skills, i.e. must be able to liaise well with different teams Team player but can work independently Required language(s): English and Filipino What we offer foodpanda Philippines is a Great Place to Work Certified!
