Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Develop and customize applications using Workday Core HCM. - Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and design solutions. - Implement and test application functionalities. - Provide technical support and troubleshooting for application issues. - Stay updated on industry trends and best practices for application development. Professional & Technical Skills: - Required Skill: Expert proficiency in Workday Core HCM - Strong understanding of software development lifecycle and methodologies. - Experience in integrating and configuring applications. - Knowledge of data migration and system integration. - Experience in developing user interfaces and enhancing customer experience. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 2 years of experience in Workday Core HCM. - This position is based at our Manila office.
