Job Description Monitor and track regulatory reports to ensure correct and timely submissions of regulatory reports and issue reminders to concerned PICs Monitor and track the progress of actions taken to address the BSP examination directives Develop and implement compliance training programs to employees at all levels of the bank Contribute in the development, design and implementation of the Bank's compliance programs, policies and procedures Coordinate and collaborate with relevant business departments/units to ensure timely submission of reports and actions to be taken to address BSP directives Prepare and submit regulatory compliance reports Maintain complete database of regulatory reports, and updated tracker for BSP directives and management's action plan Institute automated process for sending reminders Facilitate effective and efficient record keeping of Regulatory Compliance files, reports, policies, etc Requirements Graduate of any 4-year course of bachelor&aposs degree preferably in business, finance, or economics At least 3 years of solid experience in regulatory compliance specifically in compliance advisory, compliance testing, conducting compliance awareness training, and handling BSP examination among others. Knowledge in designing and establishing compliance policies and procedures is an advantage.
