We are looking for a passionate and skilled Operations Team Lead to join our team and help us achieve operational excellence in our growing facility. The Opportunity This is a contract role for a Plant Operations Team Lead based in Calumpit. The Operations Team Lead will oversee the daily operations of the warehouse, manage and lead a team, ensure customer satisfaction, maintain inventory accuracy, and ensure compliance with safety standards. You will be responsible for the management of all plant operations, including logistics, warehousing, maintenance, and health and safety. This role also involves coordinating with other departments to streamline operations and achieve organizational goals. This is a hands-on leadership role where you will inspire a team, optimize processes, and ensure our facility runs smoothly, efficiently, and safely. Key Responsibilities Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of operations staff. You&aposll be responsible for recruiting, hiring, and training new employees to ensure a positive and productive work environment. Operational Excellence: Drive continuous improvement in all aspects of our warehouse operations. Oversee daily activities, monitor key performance indicators, and implement strategies to enhance efficiency and reduce costs while maintaining our high standards of quality. Logistics & Inventory Management: Manage the flow of materials from collection to final processing. This includes coordinating collection schedules, overseeing inventory levels, and collaborating with procurement to ensure we have the necessary materials. Safety & Compliance: Champion a strong safety culture. You will ensure our facility meets and exceeds all national and local health, safety, and environmental regulations. Financial Management: Assist in the development and management of the operations budget, tracking expenses and identifying opportunities for cost savings. Customer and Partner Relations: Work with our partners and customers to enhance satisfaction and support business growth. Qualifications A Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Management, or a related field. Minimum of five (5) years of supervisory experience in a manufacturing, plant operations, or warehousing environment. Demonstrated ability to perform root cause analysis and effectively troubleshoot operational challenges. Strong leadership capabilities with a proven track record of motivating teams and fostering a positive work culture. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and enterprise resource planning (ERP) software. Exceptional organizational and time-management skills with the ability to manage competing priorities. Knowledge in Occupational Safety and Health (OSH) disciplines is preferred but not required. Willingness to work flexible hours as needed to support operational demands. Show more Show less
