- Bachelor's degree in Accounting
- At least 2 years of experience in financial management, accounting, or related roles, preferably in a startup environment.
- Knowledge and experience in Accounts Payable/Receivable functions and bank reconciliation processes.
- Proficiency in using Xero software (Xero Blue, XPM, and Xero Tax)
- Experience in Australian tax and compliance, including GST and FBT.
- Experience dealing with FOREX in Xero.
- Perform bookkeeping tasks.
- Analyze the income and expenses of a business.
- Prepare accurate financial statements.
- Manage tax return preparation for Trusts, Companies, and Individual Tax Returns (ITR)
- Compile detailed workpapers.
- Create budgets and forecasts to drive strategic decision-making.
- Prepare informative financial reports for management.
- Ensure strict adherence to accounting standards and legal requirements.
