Job Summary: This role involves ensuring that architectural plans are executed accurately on-site, managing coordination with design teams and contractors, and maintaining alignment with aesthetic, functional, and regulatory requirements. Key Responsibilities: Architectural Plan Implementation Supervise and ensure the correct execution of architectural drawings and specifications on-site. Verify alignment of ongoing construction with approved architectural designs. Coordination with Design & Engineering Teams Work closely with architects, engineers, interior designers , and consultants to ensure architectural intent is preserved throughout the construction phase. Address conflicts between architectural and structural/MEP plans. Quality Control and Site Supervision Monitor workmanship and finishing quality to ensure compliance with company standards. Conduct routine inspections and punch-list checks for architectural works, finishes, and detailing. Review and Reporting Review shop drawings, material submittals , and construction mock-ups. Generate regular site reports regarding architectural progress, issues, and corrective actions. Problem Resolution Identify discrepancies between drawings and site conditions and propose practical solutions. Provide technical support and guidance to site teams and subcontractors. Compliance and Permitting Ensure all architectural work complies with local building codes , zoning regulations, and permit conditions. Coordinate with local officials and permit consultants as needed. Material Selection and Approval Review architectural material samples for aesthetic and functional compliance. Coordinate with procurement and design teams regarding final selections. Team Leadership Supervise and mentor junior architects, draftsmen , and site coordinators. Facilitate coordination meetings with contractors and project team members. Qualifications: Bachelor&aposs degree in Architecture (PRC-licensed Architect preferred). Minimum 5-8 years of experience in architectural supervision of residential or horizontal development projects. Strong knowledge of construction methods, architectural detailing , and finishing standards . Proficient in AutoCAD , SketchUp , and/or Revit; knowledge of rendering and visualization tools is a plus. Familiar with Philippine Building Code , zoning laws, and permitting processes.
