Your primary responsibilities include managing accounts payable and receivable, assisting with levy and invoice issuance, tax lodgments, and providing financial support to Owners Corporation Managers and administrative teams. Your role plays a vital part in maintaining accurate financial records and delivering exceptional support.Your day could see you:Facilitate accounts payable/receivable transactions and ensure risk-minimizing segregation of dutiesIssue Levy Notices, Final Fee Notices, AR invoices, and Special LeviesAssist with Business Activity Statements & Income Tax lodgmentsHandle aged debtor and levy-related queries from Owners Corporation Managers and committeesProvide assistance with other related financial queriesCollaborate across departments to ensure timely financial reporting and complianceWhat You’ll BringA degree in Accounting or FinanceStrong understanding of accounting principles (including accruals and year-end reporting)Knowledge of statutory legislation and financial regulationsCustomer service orientation with a professional and confident demeanorExcellent attention to detail and time management skillsClear written and verbal communicationAbility to prioritize tasks and manage competing deadlinesA team-player attitude with a positive approach to changeResilience in facing challenges and delivering outcomesStrong organizational and analytical skillsWith a diverse global team working together, we proudly embrace and live by these shared values:Collaboration: Brilliant jerks can be brilliant elsewhere.
