The HR Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of human resources, including recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, performance management, compliance, and HR strategy. You will work closely with leadership to build a strong organizational culture and support our remote team.Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement HR policies and procedures that align with company goals.
Manage end-to-end recruitment (sourcing, screening, interviews, offers).
Oversee employee onboarding and offboarding processes.
Handle employee relations, conflict resolution, and grievance management.
Monitor and evaluate performance appraisal systems.
Maintain HR records and ensure compliance with labor laws.
Drive employee engagement initiatives and foster a positive work environment.
Support payroll, timekeeping, and benefits administration.
