What you'll do:As the Site QA Manager, you will oversee the end-to-end quality systems and food safety program implementation across the site, ensuring compliance and effectiveness in all departments. As the Site Quality Pillar Leader, you hold final approval authority for material and product disposition, lead quality performance tracking, and serve as the single point of contact for all quality and food safety-related matters.
  • Responsible for the overall E2E quality systems and food safety program management and implementation for the site and all the departments within the site. If the Site QA Leader is not the FSTL, the Site QAL is still responsible for the effective program implementation.
  • Will be the Site Quality Pillar Leader.
  • Represents QA in the Site Leadership Team / Pillar.
  • Has the FINAL approval responsibility for all Material and Product Disposition and Releasing for the site. Approval responsibility can be escalated only to Country QA Director.
  • The SPOC of the site for all quality & food safety-related matters.
  • Owns the Quality & Food Safety PDCA process of the site or department. This includes the development and execution of the function masterplan based on QA and Site directions, delivery and review of quality & food safety key performance measures.
  • Liases with Dept QA leaders, QC and Micro Lab for material and finished product performance results for the site. In case of unplanned holds, responsible to ensure that actions needed to facilitate releasing is complied/met.
  • Ensures the IQA implementation for the site , including execution of QA verification.
  • Responsible for the review and QA-approval of submitted CPIAR within the site level. Responsible for results tracking and monitoring, reporting to PSLT and calling for actions needed.
  • Will be the site approver for all validation plans and close out reports.
  • Will be the qualifier for Dept QA leaders.
  • Key Performance Indicators

  • Timely decisions on Quality Incidences
  • Other KPIs as defined in the QA scorecard
