BT Recruiter - Talent Acquisition Specialist - GL Job Description: We are looking for a dedicated US Recruiter - Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our HR team to fill open positions. The responsibilities of a US Recruiter - Talent Acquisition Specialist include sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and filling the positions with the right resources. A successful US Recruiter - Talent Acquisition Specialist should have excellent interpersonal skills, be organized and detail-oriented, remains up-to-date with all open positions in the company. The US Recruiter - Talent Acquisition Specialist should assess candidates' skills, experience, and relevant knowledge and compare them to job requirements. Responsibilities: 1. Collaborating with department managers to compile a consistent list of requirements. 2. Attracting suitable candidates through databases, online employment forums, social media, etc. 3. Conducting interviews and sorting through applicants to fill open positions. 4. Promoting the company's reputation and attractiveness as a good employment opportunity. 5. Providing recruitment reports to team managers. Requirements: 1. A bachelor's degree in human resources or recruitment or talent acquisition & development is preferred. 2. The ability to conduct different types of interviews. 3. Experience with recruitment processes and databases. 4. The ability to design and implement recruiting strategies. 5. Excellent communication skills. 6. Good interpersonal skills. 7. Good decision-making skills. 8. Should be able to work in the California time zone. 9.
