Core Duties:Reporting directly to both the SR VP of Client Experience and the CXO, we are looking for an experienced insurance leader to support the evolution of Patra’s Advisory Services as well as oversee existing key Client Relationships supporting all CX. This individual will have full command with the clients supported, oversight and management that optimizes outcomes and drives revenue through a consultative / strategic approach. In addition to specific client oversight and growth, you will help build the Advisory Service practice with strategic approaches to help our clients reinvent their target operating models creating demand generation for Patra’s services and technology enablement.Responsibilities:
  • Create standards and frameworks for Advisory Services focused on Patra’s marketplace that creates individual client strategies focused on target operating model outcomes
  • Provide executive level consulting with high profile or at-risk clients where Patra can jointly benefit in the outcomes
  • Create market level analysis and Points of View that are compelling to our clients, helping Patra become a Trusted Advisor not just a traditional outsourcer
  • Monitor Individual Account Performance Metrics for clients assigned that drive customer engagement and retention for sold and delivered opportunities and build long term account plans for future growth
  • Objective and Key Results (OKR’s) – Identify client’s specific and qualitative goals that are quantifiable and measurable. Create ways to work with clients to track and report on progress to OKR’s
  • Relationships – establishing key client relationships across the organization that focuses on growth and expansion opportunities for existing services and net new services
  • Best Practice Recommendations - leverage industry and Patra Operations insights to recommend the best practices that will drive outcomes for the client.
  • Engagement – Proactively engage in issues and opportunities with ability to resolve conflict or challenges
  • Provide portfolio level reporting so that there is a consolidated view of the projects in-process, and the reporting provides key information such as: Milestone dates, Revenue value by line item and at the consolidated level, RAG status and "next-step" based comments
Experience & Skills:
  • Deep experience with Insurance Strategy consulting at C suite levels
  • Demonstrated ability to lead complex consulting engagements focused on recommendations for revised target operating models that can drive 30%+ savings / client outcomes
  • Command of expertise around Insurance Distribution for Retail and Specialty markets
  • Ability to manage multiple complex programs for individual clients and internal company activities understanding how to prioritize and evolve solutions that create meaningful strategic outcomes
  • A thorough understanding of Project Management Methodologies
  • Analytical and quantitative skills, creating weekly/monthly reporting for clients on status of OKRs
  • 15+ years of B2B professional experience in technology and/or professional services or advisory servicing with Insurance Consulting organizations.
  • Experience with Contract Processes (MSA's, SOWs, Addendums, etc.) and change management process
  • Excellent communication skills - with both customers and internal stakeholders
  • Creative and outside-the-box thinker
  • Ability to work in a remote, decentralized organization
  • Fluent in Microsoft Office Tools: Excel, PowerPoint, Solutioning tools like MIRO, Trello, MS Project, and/or Lucid Chart
