CRM & Email Marketing Specialist

- Reporting to Head of Digital Marketing and working closely with Merchandising and design teams to help define and deliver best execution of high-quality, data driven email campaigns with a focus on consumer journey and conversion.
- Build and execute actionable email communication plans, based on a thorough understanding of account data, benchmark performance, and consumer journeys.
- Understanding of best practice responsive email design, with a focus on ‘mobile first’ design.
- Minimum 3+ years experience in a similar role
- Experience using Insider email platform is preferable, but not essential (we can accept experience with other similar platforms)
- Understanding of and working knowledge with basic HTML and CSS is essential.
- Proven experience in implementing marketing automation functionality, and conducting data-driven CRM campaigns that deliver results.
- Excellent analytical, communication, organizational, and project management skills.
- Experience with responsible management of customer segment data and profiling
- Copywriting experience would be a plus as they will be involved in writing customer communications
