Role Description This is a full-time on-site role as a Branch Head for Insurance located in Naga. The Branch Head will be responsible for day-to-day tasks including finance management, insurance operations, actuarial science oversight, claims management, and team management. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and execute district-level sales strategies to meet or exceed insurance sales targets. - Recruit, train, and mentor insurance agents and sales officers to build a high-performing team. - Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics, market trends, and customer feedback to identify growth - Conduct regular field visits and joint sales calls to support agents and strengthen client relationships. - Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies in all sales activities. - Collaborate with underwriting, claims, and marketing teams to support sales initiatives and resolve client - Organize and lead district-level sales meetings, training sessions, and performance reviews. - Prepare and present regular sales reports and forecasts to senior management. Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field. - Minimum of 5 years of experience in insurance sales, with at least 2 years in a leadership or managerial - Strong understanding of life, health, and general insurance products. - Proven track record of achieving sales targets and growing distribution channels. - Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. - Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite. - Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned district. Preferred Skills: - Experience in agency development and channel management. - Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities. - Ability to motivate and lead diverse teams in a competitive environment. - Familiarity with digital sales tools and platforms.
