Key Responsibilities: Coordinate daily order dispatches with 3PL warehouse and delivery providers to ensure timely fulfillment of telesales orders. Track and monitor deliveries nationwide; proactively resolve delays, failed deliveries, and re-delivery requests. Manage logistics-related escalations and coordinate return and reverse logistics processes. Ensure accurate shipment tracking, status updates, and documentation across internal systems. Collaborate with sales and finance teams to address order concerns and delivery exceptions. Analyze logistics KPIs such as turnaround time, fulfillment rate, and return rate to improve efficiency. Maintain strong partnerships with logistics providers and ensure performance aligns with agreed SLAs. Recommend and support process improvements to enhance customer experience and reduce delivery errors. Ensure compliance with company policies, delivery standards, and 3PL contracts. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or equivalent. At least 3 years of experience in warehouse or logistics operations, preferably in e-commerce or retail. With B2C experience Strong understanding of order fulfillment and delivery processes in online selling. Proficiency in WMS, Excel, and knowledge of AMILO or TMS is an advantage.
