Key Responsibilities:Leadership & Team Management
Lead, manage, and inspire the Sales and Lead Generation teams, ensuring alignment with business goals.
Provide mentorship, training, and performance management to all sales personnel.
Foster a high-performance culture through clear metrics, regular feedback, and professional development.
Sales Execution & Pipeline Management
Manage the full sales cycle from lead qualification to closing new business and pilot agreements.
Maintain accurate forecasting and pipeline visibility, ensuring data integrity in CRM systems.
Regularly assess and refine sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and conversion goals.
Process Improvement & Development
Collaborate with internal teams to improve and develop core processes across lead generation, sales, and market research.
Continuously evaluate current workflows to identify inefficiencies and implement scalable improvements.
Establish standardized procedures and documentation to support consistent execution and growth.
Strategy & Innovation
Develop and implement data-driven sales strategies that drive revenue and improve client satisfaction.
Utilize market insights, customer data, and analytics to inform sales decisions and optimize outreach.
Introduce innovative sales techniques and stay informed about industry trends and competitive shifts.
Sales Tools & Operations
Optimize and manage sales tools and platforms to improve efficiency, reporting, and team productivity.
Oversee all aspects of sales operations including territory planning, account management processes, and resource allocation.
Collaborate with marketing, operations, and leadership teams to ensure alignment of sales initiatives with broader company goals.
Create and execute key presentations and sales pitches to effectively secure clients
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Work closely with Marketing to co-develop targeted campaigns that generate qualified leads and elevate brand visibility.
Share insights and feedback from the field to influence product development and strategic direction.
Align sales efforts with customer needs, market opportunities, and company objectives.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA or equivalent is a plus.
7 to 10 years of experience in B2B sales, with at least 5 years in a leadership or managerial role.
Proven success in managing sales teams and achieving or surpassing revenue goals.
Strong knowledge of CRM platforms, sales analytics, and forecasting tools.
Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Demonstrated ability to think strategically while managing day-to-day sales activities.
Experience in developing and optimizing processes and tools for scale.
Background in Business Process Outsourcing is an advantage but not a requirement
Work Set-up and Requirements:
Schedule: May require flexible hours but with focus on mid-shift (start of shift at 12NN or 1PM)
Workdays: Five-day workweek with two rest days.
Location: Fully remote
Desktop/laptop with Intel i5 (10th gen) or 8GB RAM or higher
Minimum 25 Mbps internet speed with backup connection
Backup power supply for at least 8 hours
