Manages the scheduling and timeliness of the production process to ensure the company meets all deadlines. Duties includes managing equipment availability, scheduling production and monitoring the production process for problems.

Responsible in Material and production planning and control of RAW Materials inventory.
Responsible in preparation of Purchase Requisition (PR) for raw materials needed by the production .
Provide delivery schedule of RAW Materials according to production schedule.
Plan and make use of all available resources to ensure smooth and proper flow of production.
Responsible in preparation of schedule for Mixing and Pelletizing of raw materials based on production schedule.
Coordinates with the recycling section for the for the utilization of recycled materials.
Monitor the integrity of bills of Materials (BOM)
Anticipate potential problems and risk, and generates ideas, insight and solution to resolve potential problem, followed by decisive actions to implement solutions.
Take follow up actions in relation to material shortages that affect production.
Understand and manage risks to minimize impact on production schedule.
Analyze date and collaborate with internal customers to determine and apply appropriate ordering, minimum inventory level, and replenishment of stock of raw materials.
Monitor inventory level against agreed target levels using the method of ABC analysis.

Schedule :

12 a hours a day, 4 hours consider as overtime
6 days a week, Monday to Saturday
