Job Category: ManufacturingDegree Level: MastersJob Description: * To support SiC JFET production at PSI and THEPI
  • To support ATP and ATEC and othe OSATs
  • To support potential new OSAT supplier.
Responsibilities:
  • Managing Test Operation tasks and activities at subcons in Philippines
  • Maverick Lot disposition
  • On-site troubleshooting for Test production/project activities
  • Continuous yield analysis and improvements including test backend
  • Responsible for major subcons KPI including
  • MPE cycle time
  • Lot Reject Rate
Qualifications:
  • At least 7 years of experience about Semiconductor Test development projects or sustaining activities.
  • At least 3 years of experience in MOSFET & Power Discrete testing
  • Familiar with Test Cell knowledge
  • Familiar with Test Operation Flow
  • Being familiar with VDA 6.3 audit process is a plus.
  • Proficient English is a MUST
  • Capable of coordination and communication among multinational teams to deliver results
  • Organized, Focuses on facts & open-minded with integrity in all aspects.
