It involves coordinating training materials, managing schedules and logistics, supporting content publishing, responding to queries, and assisting with training delivery workflows. The position also covers broader administrative tasks such as managing inboxes and calendars, processing purchase orders, maintaining records, compiling reports, and performing quality checks in support of stakeholders. Tehe role is also known as Training and Progression and Recognition Administrative Support About the Role We're looking for a highly organised and detail-focused Advanced Associate, Product Management to provide essential operational and administrative support across training, content development, and progression activities. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes - coordinating information, managing schedules, supporting stakeholders, and ensuring content and systems are accurate, up to date, and well organised. You'll work across a range of activities, balancing routine administration with opportunities to support training delivery and content workflows. Training & Content Support Provide administrative support for the development of training materials, including coordinating drafts, templates, and contributor input Format documents, manage version control, and prepare materials for review Upload, tag, and publish content on internal training platforms Respond to training-related queries in a timely and helpful manner Schedule, organise, and track training events Support logistics such as trainer travel arrangements and onboarding into internal systems Progression & Recognition Support Support progression and recognition activities through outreach coordination, data entry, and record maintenance Provide ad-hoc editorial and content support as needed Respond to queries with a professional, customer-focused approach Administrative & Operational Support Manage calendars, meetings, and routine logistics Draft correspondence and maintain accurate documentation, trackers, and databases Compile standard reports using agreed templates Manage shared or delegated inboxes and coordinate responses with stakeholders Raise and process purchase orders, support supplier administration, and follow up on payment queries Carry out quality checks on content and administrative outputs Provide additional administrative support as agreed with your line manager What We're Looking For Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail Confidence managing multiple tasks and priorities at the same time Clear, professional written and verbal communication skills Experience in administrative, operational, or coordination roles (training or content support is a plus) Comfortable working with systems, trackers, and documentation A customer-focused mindset with a proactive, reliable approach Awareness of confidentiality and the importance of accuracy Qualifications Graduate of any Bachelor's degree course Fresh graduates to 1 - 2 years of work experience are preferred for the role.
