Team Revenue is on the lookout for a Full-Time Video Content Specialist to be part of our growing marketing team. We are looking for someone who's passionate about creating engaging video content that captures attention and drives results. Your primary focus will be producing and editing a range of high-converting videos-from short-form social content to branded and long-form pieces-across platforms like Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, and more, always aligned with brand guidelines and campaign goals. You'll be working closely with our marketing team, following clear creative briefs while also contributing fresh, innovative ideas during the production process. This role goes beyond editing-you'll take part in conceptualizing and storyboarding branded videos, collaborating with our design team, and bringing projects to life through compelling, on-brand editing. Edit and enhance content for various platforms-whether short-form, long-form, or repurposed-ensuring each piece is engaging, polished, and on-brand. Creative Concept Development: Develop creative concepts based on briefs from the team, while also contributing your own innovative ideas. Get the chance to shape campaigns by creating creative pitch decks and participating in the conceptualization process, bringing fresh perspectives to every project. Storyboarding & Visualization: Create storyboards to visualize concepts and bring ideas to life from rough sketch to final cut. Template Creation: Build reusable, scalable video templates for content consistency and faster production turnarounds. Efficient Workflow: Work efficiently without compromising quality-thriving in a fast-paced environment and consistently meeting deadlines. Purpose-Driven Editing: Edit with intention, pairing visuals, messaging, and music for maximum impact. Collaboration: Collaborate closely with team members and creative lead to stay aligned on creative direction, timelines, and project objectives. Feedback & Revisions: Accept and apply feedback professionally, making revisions quickly and accurately to move each project closer to the final cut. Brand Consistency: Maintain and uphold brand identity standards across all design projects, ensuring cohesive messaging and visual representation. Work closely with the brand team to enforce brand guidelines and ensure brand consistency in all marketing collateral, both online and offline. Project Management: Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, adhering to deadlines and prioritizing tasks effectively. Feedback Incorporation: Receive and incorporate feedback from stakeholders to refine designs and improve overall quality. Actively seek feedback from team members, managers, and other stakeholders to iterate and enhance design concepts based on input and suggestions. Stay Updated: Keep abreast of industry trends, design techniques, and emerging technologies to continually enhance design skills and stay ahead of the curve. QUALIFICATIONS Minimum 3-4 years of experience in video editing & production Strong portfolio showcasing creativity and technical skill such as motion graphics, reels, videos, storyboards etc. Bachelor's degree in Multimedia Arts or any related field preferred. Proficiency in using design tools like Adobe After Effects and Premiere Pro Proficiency in AI tools for video production such as Elevenlabs, Chatgpt, etc. Strong conceptual thinking and creative problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate marketing objectives into visually compelling designs. Meticulous attention to detail and a keen eye for design principles such as typography, color, and layout. Ability to create and illustrate own assets for video production. Able to handle end to end production from conceptualization, editing and animation. Strong sense of visual storytelling, pacing, and audio syncing. Solid understanding of design fundamentals, including layout, color theory, and visual hierarchy-especially for creating storyboards and well-balanced visual compositions Ability to follow brand guidelines and creative briefs, while also contributing original ideas. High attention to detail in both creative execution and technical requirements (file organization, export settings, brand accuracy). Comfortable working under tight deadlines and managing multiple projects simultaneously Familiarity with video performance best practices across social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Youtube) ADDITIONAL INFORMATION Job Type - Full-Time Ideal staffing hours are between 5PM to 2AM (PH) Flexible working schedule. 5-day workweek (40 hours) Work-from-home arrangement Candidates should have their own multimedia arts geared desktop or laptop and tech.
