About the RoleWe are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Property Research Intern to support our experienced Research Team. In this internship, you'll gain firsthand experience in real estate research and investment, directly contributing to due diligence reports through data collection, market research, and industry trend monitoring. Our collaborative and supportive environment will foster your growth through valuable insights from industry professionals and the chance to contribute to meaningful projects, ultimately influencing informed decision-making.Responsibilities

Conduct thorough data entry for research projects.
Assist with data analysis using spreadsheets and other designated tools.
Help prepare reports, presentations, and dashboards by compiling and formatting data.
Assist with gathering relevant data and information from various sources.
Support ad-hoc research tasks as assigned by the Research Team.
Stay updated on industry news and trends to support research efforts.

Essential requirements

Fresh graduate with a degree in Economics, Statistics, Business, or a related field.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and analysis tasks.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and data entry software.
Ability to learn and adapt to new research methodologies and tools.
Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) to effectively collaborate with the Research Team.
Proactive and resourceful with a willingness to learn and take initiative.
Must have no pending Laboratory courses and able to render full time.
