It also operates 16 MediCard free-standing clinics that provide services at par with those offered by hospitals minus the confinement.MediCard is currently looking for assertive, dynamic and energetic individuals to fill up the following vacancy: Drive sales effectiveness and productivity by developing and implementing sales training programs, processes, and tools.Design and deliver sales training programs for new and existing sales staff.
Develop and implement sales processes and methodologies.
Identify and implement sales tools and technologies.
Analyze sales data and identify opportunities for improvement.
Collaborate with sales leadership to develop and track KPIs.
Foster a culture of continuous learning and development within the sales organization.
