- As a Sales Associate (Receptionist) at CYTS (Philippines) Tour Limited Inc.', you will play a vital role in providing exceptional customer service and supporting the company's sales efforts in our Makati City, Metro Manila office. - Greeting and welcoming customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Providing accurate information about the company's products and services
- Assisting customers with making application and requirements
- Maintaining a well-organized and presentable reception area
- Increase added revenues by utilizing cross-selling and up-selling sales techniques
- Consistently meet and/or exceed specific, attainable sales goals and quality assurance requirements
- Ability to meet monthly sales goals
- Supporting the counter service team with various tasks as needed
