You will make a direct impact by: Monitoring and documenting call-in notifications to ensure seamless communication and performance reviews. Creating and maintaining Attendance and Activity Reports (AAR) to oversee timekeeping accuracy. Generating insightful monthly reports for clients that inform strategic decision-making. Exploring new technologies and AI tools, like Power BI, to elevate analytics and reporting processes. Regularly conducting audits to ensure data precision and optimize operational workflows. This Role Is for You If Experience You have over 5 years of experience in workforce management, data analysis, or related roles, preferably in fast-paced environments. Technical Skills You are proficient in Power BI and other analytical tools, with strong skills in data management and reporting.
