JOB DESCRIPTION Under general supervision, performs semi-skilled work in the National Resource and Logistics Management Bureau and does other related work. Functions and Responsibilities: 1.In charge of managing inventory on the assigned warehouse but not limited to receipt of goods upon delivery 2.Conducts of regular inspection of inventory and warehouse, and initiate needed upkeep and maintenance 3.Ensures standards operation procedures are being implemented 4.Monitors inventory and reports aging and act on inventory items nearing end date of warranty period / product expiration 5.Conducts perpetual inventory count and reconcile balances 6.Assists in the repacking and pre-work activities of relief goods for stockpile and augmentation 7.Maintains updated records of inventory including the reports on defective, damage or missing goods and submit reports for their disposition 8.Files records that support daily transactions of the assigned warehouse and 9.Performs other related tasks that may be given from time to time.
