Job Purpose: To administer the day-to-day financial activities of the department in accordance with the Authorities Manual and existing company policies & procedures. Minimum Requirements: Applicants must be willing to work and relocate to Clark, Pampanga. Applicants must be a Filipino citizen or have a relevant residence status Must be a graduate of any Finance or Accounting Courses Two to Three years' experience in General Accounting. Familiar in accounting procedures and documentation Computer proficiency (MS Word and Excel) Can handle books of accounts With experience in inventory count and reconciliation Can handle disbursement and payables Familiar in local tax regulations Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities: Checking for completeness and accuracy of all invoices. Preparation and processing of payments. Petty cash custodianship. Preparation of Per Diem Allowance and checking of Liquidation Report after. Facilitate release of checks to suppliers and verifying primary documents as exchanged for payment. Checking Last Pay computation. Preparation and encoding of other accounting documents (Journal vouchers, Debit/Credit Memos etc) Assist Finance Officer in preparation of schedules for month end reports. Prepares BIR Forms 2316 and BIR Form 2307 for approval. Conducts periodic asset inventory count. Other duties assigned from time to time. Filing and safekeeping of all related documents.
