About the RoleWe're looking for a motivated and organized HR Training Intern to join our growing team. As an HR Training Intern, you will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience of human resources training and development. You will work closely with the HR team to support the planning, coordination, and execution of training programs designed to enhance employee skills and performance. This role offers a valuable learning experience for individuals interested in pursuing a career in human resources.Responsibilities

Assist in the development and implementation of training programs and materials.
Support the creation of training modules, and presentations.
Collaborate with different departments team members to gather training needs and objectives.
Assist in the evaluation of training effectiveness through feedback collection and analysis.
Create and maintain accurate training records.
Participate in meetings and discussions related to training initiatives.
Contribute ideas for improving training processes and enhancing the overall employee learning experience.
Manage and maintain google classroom for HR.

Essential Requirements

Graduating or a Fresh College Graduate in a bachelor's degree program preferably in a Human Resources related course.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy.
Familiarity in Microsoft Office suite, Google suite and Canva is a plus.
Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
Eagerness to learn and grow in the field of human resources training and development.
Confident and assertive personality.
Must have no pending Laboratory courses and able to render full time.
This role is requiring to work through zoom for 8 hours with camera on
