Location: Ayala / MOARequirements:Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt Certified (minimum of 5 years).Lean Six Sigma Green Belt Certified.Proven Process Excellence experience in a BPO setting.Responsibilities:Project Leadership: Lead and manage end-to-end projects by identifying and analyzing business needs, conducting cost-benefit analyses, determining causal factors, developing solutions, overseeing implementation, tracking progress, and documenting outcomes including ROI.Operational Transformation Support: Mentor operations teams on transformation projects by validating business needs, verifying cost-benefit analyses, confirming solutions, overseeing implementation, and ensuring accurate progress tracking and ROI reporting in the TAP Projects Tracker.Process Assessment & Improvement: Serve as the subject matter expert for Process Excellence by conducting assessments, running statistical tests, identifying trends, analyzing process capability, variance, and relationships, and setting targets using the COPC LSS approach. Provide detailed process maps, analyses, and recommendations for improvement.Project Mentorship: Own and/or mentor projects through all nine phases, ensuring completion of sponsor checkpoints and full documentation.Innovation Support: Drive innovation engine deployment by onboarding new moderators, delivering refresher sessions, guiding idea progression, and mentoring or leading projects that originate from submitted ideas.
