
Branch Finance Associate - Taytay (Temporary)

- Work with Different Teams - Join branch activities, attend events, and coordinate with field teams to solve operational issues.
- Handle Branch Transactions - Check and record branch financial transactions like check clearing, payment validations, customer documents, and route settlements.
- Monitor Branch Performance - Track key performance indicators (important metrics), follow company policies, manage credit limits, and ensure compliance with regulations.
- Review and Analyze Data - Check financial reports for errors, investigate overdue accounts, and provide updates to branch partners.
- Keep Records Organized - Make sure all customer changes and approvals are accurately recorded and saved in the system.
- Support Projects and Training - Help train team members and assist with other tasks assigned by the manager.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
- Work Experience: At least 3 years of relevant experience with a focus on accounts receivables and credit management. Experience in FMCG industry is a plus
- Language Skills: Fluent in English and Tagalog (knowledge of the local dialect in the assigned area is a plus).
- Technical Skills: Knowledge of credit management policies and procedures, integrated systems (e.g., ERP), and MS Excel (functions and formulas).
- Other Skills: Strong communication and analytical skills, high attention to detail, and ability to stay flexible, proactive, and well-organized.
