We are looking for a Product Planning & Fulfillment Analyst to join our ambitious team. The Product Planning & Fulfillment Analyst will play a critical role in the Business process working cooperatively with both internal and external clients ensuring NEXPERIA delivers on its commitment to exceptional customer service and sales support. The successful candidate will be an integral member of Team NEXPERIA and ensure we build upon NEXPERIA’s leadership position as a global powerhouse in Discretes, Logic and Power MOSFET technology.What you will doIn this exciting position, your responsibilities include amongst others:Supply Chain ModelingManage the integral supply chain to match demand and supply, using the master planning systemDrive to set Supply Chain Parameters (e.g. Supply Chain Model, Lead times, Safety Stocks) in planning system according to product life cycleS&OP (Sales and Operation Planning) SupportCo-work together with BU/BL Capacity planners on S&OP processReview resource loading situation impacting S&OPOrder ManagementSO Management: Be responsible for fulfilment of customer sales orders, customer programs forecast and safety stock replenishmentPO Management: Plan and release feasible plans to manufacturing sites fulfilling demand and loading policy. Monitor and control supply deviationBased on demand and supply situation, communicate with BG/BL to align business strategyException Management:In case of allocation, follow allocation process and decisionIn case of tight supply, co-work with BG/BL and Customer Service and Site for production priority to prevent customer line downSupport New Product IntroductionReturns Management: Support and arrange returns (quality, technical, logistics and commercial returns) according to relevant proceduresImprovements / PDCARegular review KPI and initiate improvement activities in case KPIs are below targetsParticipate in projectsWhat you will needExcellent analytical skillsProcess driven knowledge of SAP or other ERP systemsExperience in customer handling and in managing, leading, and participating in projectsStrong communication & interpersonal skills, including experience in multicultural communicationAbility to work in cross-functional, virtual and international teamsHighly motivated with strong sense of ownershipFluency in EnglishTalent acquisition based on Nexperia vacancies is not appreciated.
