Inspection and Maintenance Planner

• Prepares weekly and monthly accomplishment report on his assigned area and present during weekly D-GAME meetings.
• Ensures planned work maintenance complies with the HSSE standards provided by client through incorporation in plan and review of method statements and job hazard analysis in alignment with BTSMC I&M Construction Safety Supervisor.
• Responsible in Planning Tank/Jetty/OM/BGM Maintenance Activities such as Tank cleaning, out of service inspection, Repair, structural integrity and instrument maintenance and piping maintenance
• Creates high level plan and detailed cost estimates for proposals.
• Develops work plans Method Statement involving activity sequences, task relationships, durations and resources for maintenance work involving multiple contractors.
• Conducts field walkthrough and understanding the extent of work, identify and document work requirements, establish work list and work duration.
• Requests, gathers and reviews all planning documents for every work scope including game planning summary, process isolation package, cost estimate sheet, method statement, job hazard analysis, MOC, isometric drawings, lifting plans, permits and ITP in alignment with BTSMC I&M Inspector.
• Identifies and procure materials using PEFS/P&ID or any available drawings ensuring materials meet DEP requirements.
• Manages D-GAME Pillar
• Identifies material and services required and create purchase request /order in SAP and align with BTSMC I&M Cost Engineer.
• Ensures all materials, equipment and crafts are available in the scheduled execution.
• Determining and planning the correct maintenance strategy for raised Preventive, Reactive and Corrective Maintenance Work Order
• Responsible for downloading maintenance plan of assets, providing look ahead plan, and identifying/assigning maintenance item to contractors including activities involved.
• Monitors and downloads corrective maintenance plan, distributing to IC and guiding IC on way forward.
• Responsible in ensuring all preventive and corrective maintenance are captured, providing look ahead for implementing contractors, timely completion of maintenance activity and endorsing to derogation if necessary.
• Coordinates with R&I, OMC and Operations for activity compliance
• Ensures delivery of quality and cost-effective work pack of IC.
• Manages and align simultaneous activities with work groups
• Complements the duty of other I&M planner in the event of absence or leave.
• Ensures the integrity of the QMS is maintained.
• Performs other duties that may be assigned by the Immediate Superior from time to time.
• May be asked to support other projects and perform other activities related to the PDE role from time to time such as but not limited to: Jet A1, LNG, Demolition, I&M, OOSI, Bamboo, TSO, etc as supported by direct supervisor.

• Work Schedule: 7:30 AM-4:30 PM - Monday to Friday
• Work Location: Full on-site at Shell import facility Tabangao/Shell terminals or outports.
