
Customer Service Agent (US Car Rental, Office-based)

- At least 3+ years of experience on a similar role preferably worked with a client on a similar industry.
- The ideal candidate will be confident, organized, analytical and have excellent customer service skills.
- Good level of numeracy and literacy skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- An interest in or knowledge of cars/vehicles is an advantage i.e. type of cars.
- Provide outstanding and exceptional customer service.
- Handling any rental customer queries / bill queries.
- Supporting customers with rental bookings, changes or cancellations.
- Delivering prompt and professional solutions for customer inquiries via phone (GoTo Softphone PC App) and online chat (ZenDesk), etc.
- Direct or route customer calls to appropriate personnel for assistance.
- Providing feedback to managers on customer service issues to branches.
- Increasing feedback and star ratings for all branches.
