
Billing Support - First Mile, SPX Express (Paranaque)

- Responsible for delivering overall billing monitoring and validation, including resolution of disputes in alignment with SLA targets
- Approve validated billing entries and endorse them to the Finance Team for processing
- Utilize advanced Excel/Google Sheets formulas for reporting, analysis, and process optimization
- Monitor compliance of agencies and internal teams with billing-related data requirements and submission deadlines
- Ensure accuracy and integrity of operational data across planning tools and trackers
- Generate and manage regular performance and process reports; drive continuous improvement initiatives
- Resolve billing-related escalations through root-cause analysis and implement long/short-term solutions
- Conduct billing orientation and training for newly onboarded partner agencies
- Supervise seasonal manpower assigned to billing operations to maintain process efficiency and quality
- Support monthly closing activities, including reconciliation of billing reports
- Contribute to cost-efficient and effective FM Ops projects and process enhancements
- Perform other tasks as may be assigned by the Reporting Manager
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field
- Preferably with at least 2 years of billing, finance, or operations experience; open to fresh graduates with strong analytical and technical skills
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets (e.g., formulas, pivot tables, data validation, dashboards)
- Experience in handling large datasets and generating actionable insights
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for cross-functional coordination
- Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking with keen attention to detail
- Ability to adapt to a dynamic, fast-paced logistics environment
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work across teams and external partners
- Experience managing or supervising support teams (seasonal or regular) is a plus
