The Associate ITO Manager is responsible for overseeing the efficiency and development of the operational processes of the team under the supervision of the ITO Manager. The Associate ITO Manager also develop strategic procedures to maximize productivity and ensure high-quality deliverables. Responsibilities: Service Delivery Management - Ensures that the IT Infrastructure of the bank meet the committed service level targets. This includes identifying critical and key service management metrics that are measured, analyzed and targeted for continuous improvement. Problem and Incident Management - Manage Infrastructure related problems and incidents to meet the defined recovery time objectives (RTO). Ensures that Infrastructure-related issues and concerns are addressed within targets depending on problem and incident priority levels. Infrastructure Operations - Operate and maintain the various IT infrastructure platforms (mainframe, storage, network, etc.) to meet availability and capacity level targets. This ensures that current and projected IT infrastructure are able to support the ISG Digital Initiatives. Change Management - Ensures that Infrastructure related changes are reviewed, tested, compliant to standards and will not result to service disruption upon implementation. Financial Management - Ensures that Infrastructure related expenses are reviewed and within the approved Divisional budget. Vendor Management - Ensures that Third party vendors are performing services within the committed TAT and complying with the deliverables as declared in the contract. Risk and Compliance Management - Ensures that the Outsourced Service Provider are compliant with the Infrastructure related guideline, standards and policies. Qualifications: Graduate of a 4-year college degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or Engineering At least 3 years of management experience in a technology-related role Must have knowledge or experience in SDLC, COBOL, CICS, JAVA/VB, SQL Programming Advanced technical skills/programming
