Quantity Surveyor

• Prepare estimates and quantity take-off or measurements calculation during the month as per accomplishments of the project to be submitted to the Employer/Engineer for Interim Payment/Invoice

• Prepare daily, weekly and monthly reports for Civil, Building and M&E team

• Works closely with the project planner/scheduler to ensure all submittals are submitted in accordance with the Project schedule.

• Responsible for keeping tracking of RFI's, material approvals and submittals

• Preparation of AS-built Drawing Lists and Drawings as per actual site inspection, measurements and condition as per the Contract to be submitted and presented to the Engineer/Employer

• Updating/revising Master Schedule using Primavera P6

• Responsible for updating drawing records weekly and distributing latest revision drawings.

• Candidate must possess at least Professional License (Passed Board/Bar/Professional License Exam), Post Graduate Diploma/Master's Degree in Engineering (Civil) or equivalent.

• Required language(s): English, Filipino

• At least 5 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.

• Required Skill(s): Knowledgeable in Payment Claims, Excellent Communication Skills, Negotiating ability, AutoCAD, Primavera P6, MS Project

• Preferably 1-4 Yrs Experienced Employee specialized in Engineering - Civil/Construction/Structural or equivalent.

• With at least 5 years experience in bridges or railway projects

• Previously handled projects under HDEC is a plus
