The Project Engineer/Construction Management Associate Renovation is responsible in the overall monitoring of works onsite. He/She is responsible in updating of daily work accomplishments and coordination with contractors and other teams. He/She must be able to handle contractors billings evaluation in relation to the actual site accomplishments.Job Description:Overall Renovation Construction Management Process
  • Assist the Senior Project Management in the supervision of the assigned projects
  • Monitors and assures that project is constructed in accordance with plans and specifications
  • Evaluate contractors billing in relation to actual site accomplishments
  • Ensures update on Project Monitoring and reports
  • Assess possible site concerns and discuss with construction team for possible action
  • Perform other tasks that may be assigned provided that training on the task is being assigned has been undergone.
Qualifications:
  • Graduate of BS Civil Engineering/BS Architecture
  • Licensed Civil Engineer/BS Architecture is a plus
  • Preferably with experience in Fit out works
  • With at least 2-years work experience
  • Work location: Futura Ilo Ilo
