- Manage day-to-day P&C operations and provide support to employees, line managers, and clients on P&C-related matters.
- Handle employee relations cases, including grievances, disciplinary actions, investigations, and termination execution, ensuring due process and compliance.
- Oversee daily compensation and benefits administration, including payroll management and resolution of escalated employee C&B concerns.
- Ensure consistent implementation of P&C policies and procedures and compliance with labour laws and statutory requirements.
- Prepare P&C operational reports and provide data to support management and client decision-making.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for escalated P&C issues raised by employees and line managers.
- Oversee the performance management of P&C team members, providing regular coaching, guidance, and feedback to drive accountability, capability development, and overall team effectiveness.
- Tertiary qualifications in HR, Communications, or related disciplines.
- Ability to effectively communicate and influence across various levels of the business.
- Demonstrated ability to contribute, influence, and make decisions within multi-functional teams.
- Practical operational experience in an Outsourcing environment.
- 6+ years’ experience in a similar human resources or organisational development role.
- 3–5 years of experience in Employee and Labour Relations.
- Proven ability to work in a small team of experienced professionals.
- Knowledge of current trends in Outsourcing business operations.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to develop HR policies, systems, and processes.
- Strong facilitation, influencing, and negotiation skills.
- Focus on identifying and transferring HR best practices.
- Hybrid setup: onsite 1-2x per quarter or as needed
- Mon - Fri, 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM PHT
