Job Description: As a Driver Strategy Planning Manager, you will support SPX's last-mile operations by optimizing driver supply planning, cost efficiency, and incentive schemes. You will leverage data to improve performance, design scalable solutions, and ensure sustainable growth of our driver network. Key Responsibility: Monitor driver performance metrics(e.g., productivity, reliability, cost per parcel) across targeted regions, and improve efficiency and cost Analyze driver supply and demand trends to support operation planning Develop and maintain driver cost projection modelling for budget planning and headcount strategy Develop driver payout schemes and incentive/bonus payout schemes Collaborate with regional and local cross-functional teams (e.g., Operations, Commercials, Product) to implement strategic initiatives Prepare regular reports and dashboards to communicate insights and recommendations to senior stakeholders Requirements: Bachelor's degree in business, Finance, Analytics, Engineering or related fields Strong analytical and numerical skills Proficient in excel Comfortable working with large datasets and fast-paced environments Detail-oriented, with strong organizational and communication skills Comfortable in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment 1-3 year of experience in analysis or driver operations is preferred
